I am an LPC in the DFW metroplex; I attended Vassar College and Naropa University's Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Counseling program for my Master's degree. I am DBT trained and enjoy using a Person Centered approach to therapy. I love doing yoga and working out myself, and try to use the HAES and Intuitive Eating principles I have learned not just with my clients, but with myself as well. I have had my own issues with body image, and am passionate about supporting and serving others who are struggling with similar concerns.
